We offer two different plans to choose from:

Plan 1: You pay Springer Realty Group $0 per month as an administrative fee. Then you pay $595 per closed transaction.

Plan 2: You pay Springer Realty Group $295 per month as an administrative fee. Then you pay $0 per closed transaction.

How does this compare to an office with a 50% split? Look at the comparison below:

You sell a house for $300,000 with a commission of 3% for a total of $9,000 paid to the Broker. At an office with a 50/50% split, you receive $4,500. At Springer Realty Group, you receive $8,405 (plan 1) or $9,000 (plan 2).

That is an additional $3,905 in your pocket (plan 1) or an additional $4,500 (plan 2)!
