Our Paperless Office


One of the things agents like most about our office is that we are paperless.  Once an agent has an executed listing or sale, agents can either email or scan and upload the required paperwork to our online paperless system.  Once the paperwork is uploaded, the broker is able to review the paperwork for completeness.  Agents are able to access all of their paperwork from any computer that has internet access.  Agents can also email documents directly out of this system to anyone involved in the transaction. 

This is a great system to keep agents mobile and not have to carry around paperwork with them or have to drive to the office to drop off a new listing or sale package.
