Thank you for taking the time to view my site.  My name is Dave Springer and I am the broker/owner of Springer Realty Group.  After graduating college with an accounting degree, I spent many years working in the corporate finance field.  I have always had an interest in real estate investing.  In 2002, my wife and I began purchasing investment properties.  Soon after, I decided it would be a good idea to get my real estate license.  For a short time I sold real estate part time in addition to my full time accounting career.  When the market took off, so did my business and shortly thereafter, I decided to leave the finance profession and devote 100% of my time to do what I love…Real Estate!  After several years, I decided I wanted to become a broker and open my own real estate office.  As an independent broker, I wanted to make my company stand out from the rest.  That is when I came up with the 100% commission plan that my company currently offers.  I truly feel that real estate agents should be able to run their business as they see fit and giving them 100% of their hard earned commissions allows them to do just that.
